CONTROL PANEL OF SYSTEM AND SWITCHES

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Remove an ashtray from the dashboard.
3. Remove radio and its fastening.
	4. Unscrew screws from the lower part of the dashboard.

5. Through an opening for installation of radio pull an aluminum plate in a back part of the control panel down.

6. Disconnect wires from sockets and remove the control panel.

Installation

Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.

SERVOMOTOR OF THE AIR VALVE OF ANTI-ICER

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator. Remove the lower finishing panel from the driver and remove the air channel located in office for legs.
	2. The servomotor is fixed on the right side of the block of distribution of air (it is shown by an arrow).
3. Disconnect a servomotor wire from the multicontact socket.
4. Unscrew screws and remove the servomotor.

Installation

Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.

SERVOMOTOR OF THE VALVE OF AIR CHANNELS OF HEATING OF LEGS

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the servomotor of the air valve of anti-icer.
	2. The servomotor is fixed on the right side of the block of distribution of air in front of the servomotor of the air valve of anti-icer (it is specified by an arrow).
3. Disconnect a servomotor wire from the multicontact socket.
4. Unscrew screws and remove the servomotor.

Installation

Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.

SERVOMOTOR OF THE CENTRAL VENTILATING CHANNEL

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.

2. Remove the lower finishing panel from the driver and remove the air channel of heating of legs.

3. The servomotor is fixed on the right side of the block of distribution of air over the servomotor of the air valve of anti-icer.

4. Disconnect a servomotor wire from the multicontact socket.

5. Unscrew screws and remove the servomotor.

Installation

Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.

SERVOMOTOR OF THE RIGHT VENTILATING CHANNEL

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Remove the lower finishing panel from the driver and remove the air channel of heating of legs.
	3. Uncover the servomotor (shooter). Disconnect a servomotor wire from the multicontact socket.
4. Unscrew screws and remove the servomotor.

Installation

Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.

SERVOMOTOR OF THE LEFT VENTILATING CHANNEL

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator. Remove a ware box.

2. Disconnect fastening of a plait of wires and the air channel from the dashboard.

3. Uncover the servomotor. Disconnect a servomotor wire from the multicontact socket.

4. Unscrew screws and remove the servomotor.

Installation

Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.

TEMPERATURE SENSOR OF THE RIGHT VENTILATING CHANNEL

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the servomotor of the valve of air channels of heating of legs.
2. Disconnect a sensor wire from the multicontact socket.
	3. Remove the sensor.

Installation

Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.

TEMPERATURE SENSOR OF THE LEFT VENTILATING CHANNEL

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator. Remove a ware box.

2. Disconnect fastening of a plait of wires and the air channel from the dashboard.

3. Remove the sensor.

Installation

Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.

REGULATOR OF THE MOTOR OF THE DELIVERY FAN

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator. Remove a ware box.

2. Remove the regulator and disconnect a regulator wire from the multicontact socket.

Installation

Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.

SOLAR SENSOR

Take the sensor from the dashboard by means of the screw-driver.
