WINDOW REGULATOR
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Lower glass approximately on 3/4. |
2. Remove the internal panel of finishing of a door and a protective film. |
3. Remove the internal handle of a door. |
4. Remove the sensor of blow and a fixing arm. |

5. Disconnect the socket of connection of a window regulator. |
|
6. Mark the provision of fixing bolts of a guide and turn off bolts. |
|
7. Holding glass, drill fixing rivets (are specified by shooters) a window regulator. |
|
8. Remove window regulator levers. |
|
9. Remove the window regulator mechanism. |
|
Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal. |
|
2. Fix a window regulator by means of new glasses. |
3. On models with power windows after connection of the accumulator completely lift glass and hold the button of the regulator pressed within 5 seconds. |

THE FALLING GLASS OF THE FORWARD DOOR
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove the window regulator mechanism. |
2. Remove an external rear-view mirror. |
3. Remove the loudspeaker. |

4. Remove consolidations from the lower edge of a window. |
|
5. Remove consolidation from a forward edge of a window. |
|
6. Remove consolidation from a glass guide. |
|
7. Turn off the top fixing bolt (it is specified by an arrow) directing to glasses. |
|
8. Turn off the lower fixing bolt (it is specified by an arrow) directing to glasses. |
|
9. Incline glass forward and remove it from a door. |
|
Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal. |
|
2. Check that the channel (it is specified by an arrow) on a back edge of glass got on a back edge of a door. |
|
3. Check that the first line of glass got to a guide (it is specified by an arrow). |
|
4. For adjustment of the maximum height of raising of glass the lock bolt serves. |
|
THE FALLING GLASS OF THE BACK DOOR
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove a window regulator. |
|
2. Remove consolidation from an internal lower edge of a window. |
|
3. Remove consolidation from an external lower edge of a window. |
|
4. Remove consolidation from a back edge of a window. |
|
5. Turn off the top fixing bolt. |
|
6. Turn off the central and lower fixing bolts (are specified by shooters). |
7. Remove a glass guide. |
|
8. Lift glass and remove it from a door. |
|
Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal. |
|
2. Check that the back edge of glass got to a guide groove (it is specified by an arrow). |
|
3. Check that the guide (it is specified by an arrow) on a forward edge of glass got on a forward edge of a door. |
4. For the maximum height of raising of glass lock bolts serve. |
|
5. Turn off a forward lock bolt. |
|
6. Turn off a back lock bolt. |
|
THE FIXED GLASS OF THE BACK DOOR
Removal

1. Remove the falling glass of a back door. |

2. Remove rubber consolidation. |
|
3. Remove glass. |
|
