GENERAL INFORMATION

This system serves for increase in engine capacity at any turns of the engine. The system consists of the preliminary camera and two gates, one of which is established in an airintaking branch pipe, and the second – in the top section of an inlet collector. Position of gates is regulated by an electronic control unit depending on the speed of operation of the engine.

For testing and check of system it is necessary to address experts.

THE SOLENOID OF THE GATE INSTALLED IN THE AIRINTAKING BRANCH PIPE

The solenoid is located in a back part of the preliminary camera.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the socket of connection of the solenoid and disconnect vacuum tubes. Turn off fixing screws and remove the solenoid (it is specified by an arrow).
2. Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.

THE GATE LOCATED IN THE AIRINTAKING BRANCH PIPE

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect an idling speed regulator hose from an airintaking branch pipe.
2. Remove branch pipes.
3. Disconnect a vacuum hose from a gate diaphragm.
4. Turn off fixing screws and remove the gate (the screw is specified by an arrow).
5. Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.

THE SOLENOID OF THE GATE INSTALLED IN THE INLET COLLECTOR

The solenoid is located on the left back part of an inlet collector.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the socket of connection of the solenoid, disconnect vacuum tubes. Turn off fixing screws and remove the solenoid (it is specified by an arrow).
2. Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.

THE GATE LOCATED IN THE INLET COLLECTOR

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the top section of an inlet collector.
2. Disconnect a vacuum hose from a gate diaphragm. Turn off fixing bolts (are specified by shooters) and remove the gate.
3. Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.

PRELIMINARY CAMERA

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the air stream sensor.
2. Remove airintaking branch pipes.
3. Disconnect the socket of connection and a vacuum hose from the gate solenoid.
4. Turn off fixing nuts and remove the camera.
5. Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
