9.1.4. Gear shifting lever

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift and fix a forward part of the car.
2. Remove lock rings and remove a protective cover of the mechanism of switching.
3. Remove a lock ring (it is specified by an arrow) and get a pin, the fixing switching rod to the gear shifting lever basis.
4. Unscrew four bolts fixing the gear shifting lever to a floor.
5. Remove a switching lever cover.
6. Disconnect a rubber cover of the lever from a basic plate and remove the gear shifting lever block.
7. Examine the lever on existence of the damaged details.

8. Twist a nut and remove the bolt (is specified by an arrow) fixing a forward part of the switching rod to the transmission. Remove a rod.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Grease a rotary sphere of the lever and plug with universal lubricant.
2. Install the lever block in the car, insert and tighten fixing bolts.
3. Connect the switching rod to the switching lever basis, insert a pin and fix it by a lock ring.
4. Establish lever covers.
