Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.

2. Lift and fix a forward part of the car. Remove the lower guard of the engine.

3. Disconnect tubes and hoses of the transmission from a dividing partition of a motive compartment.

4. Disconnect a wire from the switch of fires of lamps of a backing

5. Disconnect a forward part of the driveshaft from a flange of the transmission and remove the shock-absorber.

6. Remove the switching gear shifting mechanism rod.

2,0 liters engines

7. In SOHC engines disconnect a wire from the DIS module. Unscrew bolts of an arm of the module and remove the module from a back part of a head of cylinders. Release wires of high voltage from clips.

8. Disconnect a wire of the oxygen sensor from the transmission.

9. Remove an arm of forward section of an exhaust pipe and disconnect forward section from intermediate.

10. Unscrew bolts, the fixing arms to the transmission and to the block of cylinders. Remove both arms and remove the lower cover of a flywheel.

11. Unscrew two bolts fixing a back part of the transmission to the top arm.

12. Establish a jack under the transmission.

13. Unscrew the bolts fixing a back cross-piece to a body.

14. Slightly lower the transmission on a jack.

15. Unscrew the bolts fixing the transmission to the engine.

16. Get the transmission from under the car.

2,5 and 3,0 liters engines

17. Remove both forward exhaust pipes.

18. Remove the transmission.

19. Unscrew two bolts fixing a back part of the transmission to the top arm.

20. Establish a jack under the transmission.

21. Unscrew the bolts fixing a back cross-piece to a body.

22. Slightly lower the transmission on a jack.

23. Unscrew the bolts fixing the transmission to the engine.

24. Get the transmission from under the car.

Installation

Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
