| 1. Merge cooling liquid in a vessel. |
Prevention
It is not required to merge cooling liquid completely. There is enough that the level of liquid was below the thermostat case.

| 2. Unscrew the top casing of the engine and a pipe for air forcing. |

| 3. Unscrew the fan with the viscous coupling. |
|
4. Unscrew a pipe (1) of a heater on the camshaft drive case. |
| 5. Unscrew and remove the case with the thermostat. |
| 6. Remove consolidation from the thermostat case. |
|
Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Clear the surface adjoining to consolidation. |
| 2. Replace the thermostat together with the case. |
|
3. Install new consolidation in the thermostat case, install the thermostat in the case. At the same time the gate (2) for production of air has to get to a guide (1). |
| 4. Screw the thermostat case with 10 N.' effort of m. |
| 5. Screw a heater pipe on the camshaft drive case. |
| 6. Establish a pipe for forcing of air and an engine casing. |
| 7. Check antifrizny properties of cooling liquid, add cooling liquid and pump over the cooling system. |
