Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. Unscrew screws and remove a plastic casing from the top part of a head of the block of cylinders.
2. On engines of a turbo of low pressure remove the metal and elastic pipe connecting a final collector with a turbocharger, and on engines of a turbo of high pressure remove the pipe connecting a collector to the heat exchanger.
3. Unscrew screws (are specified by shooters) fastenings of an arm of a plait of wires to the top part of an inlet collector.
4. Disconnect electric sockets from sensors of cooling liquid, the fuel pump of high pressure, the sensor of a bent shaft and the sensor of excess of pressure of a collector and move an arm of a plait of wires from a collector aside.
5. Remove a vacuum pipe from the valve of system of the repeated combustion of exhaust gases located on the top part of a collector.
6. Unscrew a connecting nut of fastening of a pipe of supply of fuel to a nozzle.
7. Unscrew a connecting nut of fastening of a pipe of supply of fuel to the fuel pump.
8. Remove pipes of supply of fuel from the engine.
9. Evenly and gradually unscrew bolts and remove the top part of a collector.
10. To remove the lower section of an inlet collector, disconnect a vacuum pipe from the diaphragm valve.
11. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of an arm of the electric socket.
12. Evenly and gradually unscrew nuts of fastening and remove the lower section of a collector with laying from a head of the block of cylinders.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the lower section of an inlet collector together with laying on a head of the block of cylinders and fix by nuts, tightening them in the diagonal sequence.
2. Connect a vacuum hose of the valve of a diaphragm and establish an arm with the electric socket.
3. Establish the top section of an inlet collector together with laying and fix by bolts.
4. Establish pipes of supply of fuel from the fuel pump to nozzles.
5. Establish an arm of a plait of wires on the top part of a collector and fix by bolts.
6. Connect electric sockets and connect a vacuum pipe to the valve of repeated combustion of exhaust gases.
7. Install the inlet air channel and establish a plastic casing on a head of the block of cylinders.
8. Connect the accumulator, start the engine and check tightness of fuel system.
