5.2.2. Air filter and air inlet channels

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator and disconnect electric sockets from the measuring instrument of a stream of air and the sensor (it is specified by an arrow) temperatures of the arriving air.
2. Disconnect a hose of ventilation of a case from the inlet channel, weaken collars and remove the air channel together with the air stream measuring instrument.
3. Uncover the air filter and take the filtering element, noting its arrangement. Unscrew nuts and remove the case of the air filter.
4. On engines of a turbo of low pressure to remove the air supply tubes connecting a turbocharger and an inlet collector, unscrew screws and remove a plastic casing from the top part of the engine.
5. Weaken a collar of fastening of a pipe of air supply to a collector.
6. Unscrew the bolts (are specified by shooters) fixing an air supply pipe to a head cover, then disconnect an air supply pipe from a turbocharger.
7. Remove an air supply pipe.
8. Remove a sealing ring (it is specified by an arrow), which is established between a pipe and a turbocharger.
9. On engines of a turbo of high pressure of a pipe, the connecting heat exchanger and a collector and pipes of a turbocharger, can be to remove after weakening of collars. For removal of a metal pipe weaken a clip and remove a pipe from a turbocharger.
10. Remove a sealing ring which is established between a pipe and a turbocharger.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal, at the same time it is necessary to replace a sealing ring on a turbocharger.
