11.5. Support of a back brake

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Press the brake hose going to a support.
2. Remove brake slips.
3. Turn off a connection nut.
4. Disconnect a brake tube from a support.
5. Turn off fixing bolts.
6. Remove a support.

Repair

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear a support. Remove rings and caps from pistons.
2. By means of compressed air squeeze out pistons. Remove consolidations.
3. Wash out all elements in pure brake fluid and replace the worn-out or damaged elements.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Assembly of elements of a support is carried out upside-down.
2. Grease walls of the cylinder, consolidation and pistons with brake fluid before installation. Install pistons so that deepenings on pistons were inclined down at an angle approximately in 23 °.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
2. Tighten fixing bolts of a support till the required inhaling moment.
