3.1.11. Pushers and hydraulic elevators

WORK WITH USE OF THE N KM-565 TOOL

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Uncover the camshaft.
2. Turn a bent shaft so that the cam of the camshaft of that pusher which you are going to remove was directed strictly up. Unscrew a spark plug from the corresponding cylinder.
3. Fix the special tool on a casing of the camshaft and remove a pusher, the hydraulic elevator and a persistent lining from the top part of the valve.
4. Oil the removed details and establish on the places.

WORK WITHOUT SPECIAL TOOL

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a camshaft casing.
2. Prepare eight numbered boxes.
3. Remove pushers from valves.
4. Remove hydraulic elevators.
5. Remove persistent linings.
6. Put details of each of valves in the corresponding box.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Examine the removed details on existence of wear tracks and damages. If necessary replace the worn-out and damaged details.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Grease elevators and openings of elevators in a head of cylinders with oil.
2. Establish persistent linings.
3. Oil pushers and establish them on the places.
