GENERAL INFORMATION

Places of putting sealant


Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Pallet
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Lift and fix a forward part of the car.
3. Merge engine oil.
4. Disconnect a wire from the oil level sensor, remove a lock ring and press the sensor socket inside.
5. Unscrew bolts and remove the oil pallet together with laying.
6. If necessary unscrew bolts and remove a maslozaborny branch pipe.
Cast part of the pallet
7. Disconnect a wire from the sensor of the control system of level of the car and disconnect a rod from hinged connection of the lever of the sensor.
8. Remove connecting draft of the steering drive.
9. Unscrew bolts and remove shock-absorbers of the right and left support of the engine. Twist nuts, the fixing left and right support of the engine to a body.
10. Fix the engine on the elevator.
11. Unscrew forward bolts of a cross-piece of a forward suspension bracket on four turns. Fix a back part of a cross-piece by means of a jack and unscrew back bolts. Lower a back part of a cross-piece approximately by 10 cm.
12. Unscrew the bolts fixing a cast part of the pallet to the transmission and to the block of cylinders. Remove a cast part of the pallet.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Pallet
1. Carefully clean the joined surfaces of both parts of the pallet and the block of cylinders.
2. Before establishing a maslozaborny branch pipe, replace a sealing ring. Establish a maslozaborny branch pipe.
3. Establish new laying of the pallet, insert the oil level sensor socket into an opening of the pallet and fix the socket a lock ring. Install the pallet.
4. Insert and tighten pallet bolts.
Cast part of the pallet
5. Clean the joined surfaces of a cast part and the block of cylinders.
6. Apply N15 03 295 sealant to the areas specified in the drawing.
7. Establish laying in a flute on a cast part of the pallet and put a layer of sealant 3 mm thick to the areas specified in the drawing (see rice. Places of putting sealant).
8. Apply N15 10 298 sealant on places of joints (are specified by shooters) the oil pump and the block of cylinders.
9. Apply sealant on places of joints (are specified by shooters) covers of the back radical bearing and the block of cylinders.
10. Establish a cast part of the pallet, insert and tighten bolts.
11. Establish the remained details.
