RIGHT SEALING RING OF THE BENT SHAFT

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a pulley of a bent shaft.
2. Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, take a sealing ring from a chain cover.
3. Clear a nest of a sealing ring and the condensed surface of a bent shaft.
4. Grease working edges of a new sealing ring with pure engine oil and, using a tubular mandrel, establish a sealing ring.
5. Remove all traces of oil and establish a pulley of a bent shaft.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a flywheel.
2. Drill two small openings in an end face of a sealing ring, screw in two self-cutting screws and flat-nose pliers for heads of screws extend a sealing ring from a nest.
3. Clear a nest of a sealing ring and the condensed surface of a bent shaft.
4. Grease working edges of a new sealing ring with pure engine oil and, using a tubular mandrel, establish a sealing ring into place. Establish a flywheel.
