Dismantling
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove the camshaft, levers and hydraulic pushers of a head of the block of cylinders. Unscrew glow plugs and remove a head of the block of cylinders from the engine. |
2. On all models, using the device for compression of a spring of the valve, squeeze each spring and remove crackers from a valve end face. |
3. Remove the device for compression of a spring and take a plate springs and a spring. |
4. Flat-nose pliers, being careful, remove a maslootrazhatelny cap.
5. Remove a spring nest.
6. When the spring of the valve is compressed and the cup of a spring is not removed from crackers, it is necessary to strike with the hammer through wooden whetstone a spring cup that will lead to release of crackers. |
7. Take the valve via the combustion chamber. Each valve you store in a separate plastic bag together with a plate springs, a spring, a nest of a spring and crackers for their further installation on the places. |
Cleaning of a head of the block of cylinders
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove the remains of old laying from a head of the block of cylinders. |
2. Clear a deposit from combustion chambers, then wash up a head in the corresponding solvent. |
3. Clear of carbonaceous deposits of the valve, perhaps, even with application of a wire brush. |
Check
HEAD OF THE BLOCK OF CYLINDERS
Check of planeness of a head of the block of cylinders
Measurement of a vystupaniye of the vortex camera from a head of the block of cylinders
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Carefully examine a head of the block of cylinders on existence of cracks and other damages. In the presence of cracks the head is subject to replacement. |
2. Using a metal ruler and the probe, check planeness of the interfaced surface of a head of the block of cylinders. At not planeness of more than 0,1 mm it is necessary to pereshlifovat a head, at the same time its height has to conform to requirements. |
3. Check a condition of saddles of valves. If they are burned, worn-out or have defects, they need to be replaced. If wear of a saddle of the valve is insignificant, they need to be ground in. Check the directing plugs of valves for wear, inserting into them a core of the valve and moving it aside. Movement has to be insignificant. If movement is excessive, take the valve and measure diameter of a core of the valve. If necessary replace the valve. If the core of the valve is not worn-out, so the directing plug which needs to be replaced is worn-out. Replacement of the directing plugs of valves should be made at service station. |
4. If saddles of valves have to be pereshlifovana, this operation needs to be executed after installation of new guides of valves. |
VALVES
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Check a plate of each valve for local corrosion, prozhog, cracks and the general wear. Check a valve core for wear and a bend. Check wear of an end face of a core of the valve. With any defects the valve is subject to replacement. |
2. Measure by a micrometer diameter of a core of the valve in several places on core length. Any essential distinction in the obtained data indicates wear of a core of the valve and obligatory replacement of the valve. |
3. If valves are in satisfactory condition, they have to be inserted into the places and are ground in. If plates of valves or a saddle are strongly worn-out, before their grinding in it is necessary to process mechanically or even to replace. |
Grinding in of valves
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Establish a head of the block of cylinders by combustion chambers up on wooden whetstones. |
2. Grease with paste for grinding in of the place on a plate of the valve and a valve saddle, install the valve on the place and on a plate of the valve establish a sucker with the holder (handle). Rotating the valve a sucker in different directions, grind in the valve, and it is periodically necessary to raise the valve for redistribution of pritirochny paste. |
3. If rough pritirochny paste is used, to make grinding in before emergence of a uniform opaque surface on a saddle of the valve and the valve. |
4. Then erase the used composition of paste and repeat process of grinding in with fine paste. To make grinding in before emergence of easy gray and opaque color. |
5. Carefully remove traces of pritirochny paste, using the corresponding solvent. |
VALVE ELEMENTS
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Check valvate springs for damage signs. |
2. Establish springs to one of end faces on a bed, check a spring axis deviation from the vertical plane and length of springs. In case of damage of one of springs it is necessary to replace all springs in a set. |
3. Replace maslootrazhatelny caps irrespective of their state. |
Assembly of a head of the block of cylinders
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Oil cores of valves engine and insert them on the places. The valve establish on those places where they were ground in. |
2. Establish a spring nest. |
3. Install the thin-walled protective plug on a valve core. |
4. Lower a maslootrazhatelny cap in fresh engine oil and establish it on a valve core into place, being careful not to damage its working edges. For installation of maslootrazhatelny caps use a special metal mandrel. |
5. Establish a valvate spring and a plate of a spring. |
6. Special adaptation squeeze a valvate spring and establish crackers in dredging of a core of the valve and grease them. Remove the device for compression of a spring. Repeat this operation on other valves. |
7. Knock with the hammer through wooden whetstone on a valve core end face in order that all elements of the valve accurately were established on the places. |
8. Install a head on the block of cylinders and establish hydraulic pushers, levers and the camshaft. |
